I began teaching music in private lessons while I was getting my bachelor’s degree. A local high school hired me to teach their choir students. Since then, I have traveled around other cities getting my education, all the while maintaining a studio of private music students. My passion for trauma work is deeply personal. I grew up in a household significantly impacted by alcoholism and domestic violence, and I witnessed firsthand the long-term effects it can have on individuals and families.
