Today we’d like to introduce you to Talia Gila.
Hi Talia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Before entering real estate, I lived in Israel and served in the military. I moved to the United States in 2013 and ended up in Greenville, SC, in 2017. I came from managing employees and was a sales manager and trainer. I have always had a passion for helping people and connecting with them. Enter the real estate market and community made me feel this was the right place; I learned about the market and the industry and worked hard to expand my business circle. I am glad to tell you I’m made it to the point I became an expert, and the goal of helping people with the biggest decision of their lives makes every day for me a mission.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been a smooth road; they say to start with your circle/sphere of influence whenever you start real estate. Since I came from Israel, like a stranger to Greenville, I didn’t have a circle of my own. I went to many networking events and public places. I tried to connect with as many people as possible, and eventually, my clients became my circle and sphere. I work hard for people’s trust. And we’re I am now. I’m thrilled to get to know such amazing people in the past 5 years of my business. Initially, I felt it might be a hard and long way, but I am very grateful for the clients who became friends like family.
Let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I used managed customer service teams and trained businesses on how to develop long-term relationships with their clientele. These experiences instilled in me the discipline to build great relationships and value for my clients and their needs. I always satisfy my clients when they choose to work with me. I am proudest that I strive to develop long-term relationships with my clients. Those relationships are significant to me, and I always remember my clients. My energy, motivation, and the fact that I come from a different culture set me apart. I am very open-minded and can give another perspective on the transition and experience. Besides that, I am also fluent in Spanish and Hebrew and some French 🙂
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
I’m a dog lover and have two beautiful puppies. That if he happy to get to know them! Outside of real estate, I enjoy hiking and traveling.
