Hi Kaylen, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Like any great thing, Aphrodite Cleaning just started as an idea and turned into reality. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset and spirit about myself. Since childhood, I remember thinking of every way I could make money (other than mowing my parent’s grass for $20). After starting, learning, and maintaining an array of small side hustles/businesses throughout my life, I had gotten caught up in the “normalcy” of life. I began working regular jobs, leaving my entrepreneurship self in the past, until one day, this idea to start a cleaning business was brought to me. After years of a normal 9-5, I initially hesitated to take the risk that would start it all, but ultimately, I decided to go all in. It didn’t take long for the natural hustler fire I had always had inside me to ignite. Before I knew it, I had become obsessed with growing this business, and every skill I had learned from my childhood endeavors came back to me like an instinct. My prior knowledge and what I had done with my previous businesses kick-started and contributed to the success I am now so thankful to have with Aphrodite Cleaning.
It wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No business will ever take you down a smooth road. However, I am very grateful to have built a mindset that a simple obstacle will not cause me to stumble on the path to success.
Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I would be happy to share! I specialize in helping busy professionals/individuals maintain their properties. I focus on providing the best communication possible, as the quality of communication is a top contributor to client satisfaction and their experience. I am most proud of the image/brand I am working hard to build for Aphrodite Cleaning. My attention to detail is a significant factor in what sets Aphrodite Cleaning and me apart from similar businesses. I constantly seek to learn new things I can add to my work to make the entire experience superior for my clients!
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I couldn’t continue with this article without mentioning that Aphrodite Cleaning originally started not only with me but also with a partner, who I couldn’t be more grateful to have had the opportunity to grow alongside for the period. My immense thanks and acknowledgment are forever extended to this person! I can’t forget to mention my incredible clients who have always contributed to the legitimacy of Aphrodite Cleanings name by leaving excellent public feedback!
