Today we’d like to introduce you to Caroline Murray.
Hi Caroline, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, you could tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started my career as an elementary school teacher & reading specialist. Through teaching, I fell in love with helping others, accommodating unique & diverse needs, and organization! As I fell out of love with teaching, I started to serve as a Virtual Assistant as a “side hustle” for some extra cash. Well, the side hustle has since turned into the main hustle. I have quit teaching, and I now own & operate my agency, Virtually Possible. Virtually Possible comprises a fantastic team of Virtual Assistants, all hand-picked by me, to help support business owners based on their unique needs!
Would it have been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I started the business with the “we are building the plane as we fly it” mentality (building this business was a plot twist in my life, so I went into it pretty blind!) However, once I expanded, I hired a business coach who helped me to streamline my processes and have a more organized flow to my business. Of course, there have been other challenges along the way. This work depends on other people, and humans can let you down. However, I keep pressing on and focus on the Virtually Possible mission: to help & serve others.
Thanks for sharing that. Please tell us more about your business.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
I have lived in Charleston, South Carolina, for over a decade. I love it here! I love the warm weather, the beaches, the downtown, and the food! What do I dislike? Sometimes, the humidity in the summer can be brutal!
