Today we’d like to introduce you to Anna Bobikova.
Hi Anna, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I am passionate about Action Methods in Psychology. I am a strong believer in the benefits to the general population and improving emotional fitness. That’s why I founded Action Explorations Education Inc., (actionexplorationse.education), and Action Method, Online Education platform. Action Methods incorporate Experiential (Action) Therapeutic Methods, or expressive tools. It can be used in therapy for trauma, eating disorders, loss, substance abuse, and more. It can also be utilized in organizations for team building, problem-solving, and communication, (medical, education, law enforcement, business) Simple Example- reverse roles with your boss regarding work issues, take on their perspective, and reverse back into the role of yourself to expand awareness and communication. I have large, international business experience in business training/coaching and therapy. I am also a trained psychodramatist. I connect the different variables of the project with my background in education, corporate, production, and marketing.
It is very important for me that the world have unrestricted access to the knowledge of Action Methods. Before the pandemic, online therapy or training in this arena was highly discouraged for safety and confidentiality concerns. It was reduced to in-person only events and sessions. Consequently, the free flow of knowledge had been very limited.
Since the pandemic, sentiments regarding Online therapy and education have reversed. We are able to incorporate appropriate measures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of participants. This project is a true representation of the “New Reality” of work and inter-connections after the pandemic. I have been able to work internationally and seamlessly all over the world with trainers and participants. It is one of my dreams to cross-pollinate ideas and techniques and help advance the knowledge of Action Methods.
My dream is to bring together the best minds in the world and provide education in these modalities for a fraction of the traditional cost. My platform allows the average person or professional an inexpensive way to sample and learn about these methods. My hope is that it will do some real good for the world.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
My biggest challenge to this organic startup is human and financial resources. I started the business with my own financial investment. As with all small business owners, I am developing the business, content, and training simultaneously. Because of the online nature of my business, I employ people from all over the world. There is no central location to gather and rally the troops. Development has been slow, but steady. It is not always comfortable. Online sales and marketing are ever-changing mediums. To be successful constant innovation is a must.

Action Explorations Education Inc. (actionexploration.education) is the “First in the World” educational platform providing pre-recorded educational programs in Psychological Action Methods. The trainers that we utilize are contracted from all over the world and are some of the best in their modalities. We utilize professional and amateur participants for our programs. I have developed a strong network of professionals and support for this project from all over the globe. We have worked with people from China, Bali, Indonesia, Brazil, Russia, Spain, UK, Netherland, the USA, and many more. We are developing an International Representative system and will provide all our programs in multiple languages. .
What do you think about happiness?
It makes me very happy to use my skills in training/education, therapy, and video production to do something that improves the world. I’m also thrilled to bring the world of professionals together to move technologies forward. If I accomplish a minor influence for the better it’s a 100% worth my effort.
