Today we’d like to introduce you to Olivia Polczyk.
Olivia, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was sitting in a restaurant one day with a friend and we were wondering why there is not one page bringing all Happy Hours, deals, and events in Charleston onto one page. We started collecting all needed information and started Trending Charleston hoping it would help others to see what’s going on in the area without scrolling through multiple accounts.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been amazing and all Followers were so far very supportive and appreciative
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I work full time as a Project buyer at ZF, which is a German Automotive company. I am originally from Germany and very proud to still work for a German company. Besides that, I translate technical documents and books and manage the Trending Charleston account on Instagram.
What does success mean to you?
Success is finding satisfaction in giving a little more than you take (Christopher Reece)
