Today we’d like to introduce you to Felisha Allen.
Hi Felisha, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Was conceived in Los Angeles California born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania raised in Spartanburg South Carolina. I am a third child of four siblings. I was always good in arts and writing in school I participated in writing contest and won the governor’s Lieutenant Award rd. in writing. I also played the violin, some basketball, and softball. My oldest sister who is 10 years my senior was a singer. I was always around music. As soon realize my true gift was in writing. Began to compose music. My sister was tragically murdered a couple months after I began to record music. My brother was suffering from mental illness and was incarcerated. I had writers’ block for about eight months. Afterwards, I entered a showcase for a music label and won two showcases in a row. I have my own label named FEDAJEWEL LLC which is Arts and Entertainment… I have hey growing following on TikTok and Instagram. I am a growing entrepreneur, mother, and musician. I Want to continue to publish music to inspire the future generations to keep pushing through our other trials and tribulations
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely has not been a smooth road I have lost money on investments I have loss material things I have lost my blood sister due to murder I have lost my blood brother due to mental illness and incarceration. Struggles for me have been keeping myself mentally stable and on the path to create a better life for me and my children
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I specialize in making relatable music for people who grew up in similar circumstances and environments as me. I’m also known for doing Freestyle challenges. I am most proud because it was something I never expected to be good at but I was told I was. Sets me apart from others is because the trauma I have went through has inspired me to share it with others and hope that they have better outcomes with situations

What matters to me most is family and mental stability and just being self-aware
