Today we’d like to introduce you to Quentin Wheeler.
Hi Quentin, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I have owned a couple of businesses in the past and have always had an entrepreneurial mindset. I have always wanted to and needed to be my own boss.
Even in my youth, I have always set out to be a leader. I was raised in a single-parent home in an affordable housing community and it was there, that I set the bar for how I wanted to live in the future.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nothing is ever easy it seems. I have worked in many different manufacturing arenas and during that time, life happened.
The struggle to have the capital you need to start a business wasn’t there. I worked countless hours and overtime trying to get to where I needed to be. I knew there was something better out there for me, I just couldn’t pen point it at the time, so I kept working and saving.
One day my vision came to light and I knew what I wanted to do and I put my business plan into action. I sold everything of value to get up the money to start up my company.
As you know, we’re big fans of KleenSweep Junk Removal. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Everyone needs something hauled away right? I am that guy. I specialize in removing unwanted items from wherever. I am known as the “Clean Up Man.”
My company hauls away things as little as leaves out the yard to full-blown house clean-ups. I am set apart from others for my low rates and ability to get the job done. I know most people don’t see this job as humbling, but many days it is. We have had to discard many treasures, some given voluntarily amend some involuntarily.
I am proud because we are able to help them get through this with ease and a sense of pride. We are servants sent to take care of a need. Here at KleenSweep, we are professional and efficient, with the customer always in mind.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
There are several. First and foremost, I am passionate about my business.
It is what drives me each and every day. I am motivated to be as successful as I can be in this industry. My work ethic is unmatched and I believe in my team of employees. I give them the trust and respect they deserve.
