Hi Lisa, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My name is Lisa Burris from Rembert, SC, a Speaker, Entrepreneur, Author, IRC, and Life Coach. I’m the owner of Snatch Academy LLC, where I service clients, train and educate other beauty professionals.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been a easy path. One of my challenges was finding a location that match my prices and personality. My clientele range from 35-65yr old professionals whose willing to pay for ambiance. After the 3rd move….we’re finally home!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Snatch Academy LLC is a waxing and body contouring studio. What set me apart is my guest are greeted by me at the door and no wait time. I lay small strips of vegan hard wax and apply pressure with every lifted strip. I’m known for amazing Brazilian wax with great conversation. I’m most proud of customer retention and growth my business has experience this year.
Risk-taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
As an entrepreneur you take risk! Period! Starting a business is not for the faint in heart. However when you believe in your ability partnered with great desire and consistency it will paid off.
