Hi Jose Luis, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Peregrino Internships is based in Mexico City, and we support hotels and resorts all around the US; one of our clients is Planters Inn, located in the heart of Charleston, SC. We are delighted to see our participants work hard and grow professionally in these luxury brands. We also develop these internships with our partners in the US.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been a hard road, but we never give up. Especially when we see how this project grows every year; we started our internships in the US, and now we have begun to grow in France and Dubai.
We’ve been impressed with Peregrino Internships, but for folks who might need to be more familiar, what can you share about what you do and what sets you apart?
We support professional Mexicans in the culinary and hospitality industry in developing their careers overseas. At the same time, we help our partners in different countries to host experienced staff at their companies.
How do you think about luck?
It’s a challenge when we have many candidates who want to apply for a work visa in the US, especially since we have engineering positions open.
