Hi Carrie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I was a bartender for 23 years, and I noticed people lived in Charleston and wanted to move here. I got my Real Estate license 8 years ago and started giving my card to everyone I know. Now I have multi-million dollar sales in my favorite beach community. I also own a beachfront home that we live in year-round. It’s truly a dream come true.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Of course not! It is still not. There were struggles when I realized I could cut down on bartending shifts to pursue Real Estate full-time. I also had 2 young children. Perseverance pays off.
