Today we’d like to introduce you to Dale Bradshaw. They and their team shared their story with us below:
Royal Crown Productions International started as a small event production company and now produces events across the U.S., such as fashion shows, designer expos, pageants, model searches, and agency placement events. The heart of this came from the founder, Dale Bradshaw, ‘s love for young people and providing healthy competition and self-development areas. Thirty-eight years of his life have been devoted to this cause, and his passion is still evident in his daily work, the families, and the people he meets. It offers life-changing opportunities and the joy of giving the gift of opening one’s personal treasure chest to find unique talents within. Recently, Mr. Bradshaw survived a bout with pancreatic cancer and is more aware than ever that God has a purpose and timing for everything under the sun, and there are people of all ages who need to fulfill the value of their dreams.
IItwasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, the road has not been smooth. Many people misunderstand the world of modeling and fashion, thus causing a great deal of skepticism about youth and adults. We attempt to eliminate that by being transparent and ethical in all our business dealings!
Thanks for sharing that. Can you tell us more about your work next?
We are most proud of the beauty we can bring and celebrate among the people we work with; many have pursued careers in modeling, acting, and fashion. Others have used the confidence they received through this area of self-development to do bigger and better life goals, like becoming attornies, business owners, etc. Our job in our events is to create a healthy environment and produce shows where people are left wanting more.
Can you talk to us about the role of luck?
After leaving another direction in the corporate world, building a business, and honing people skills, I have gone to my faith in God, solid spiritual background, and an understanding that I must follow my heart every day. Sometimes this brings animosity among naysayers.
