Conversations with Bobby Baranowski

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bobby Baranowski.

Bobby, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was introduced to a non-hypnotic method of accessing past lives in the late-1970s known as the Awareness Techniques. I practiced it on my own while pursuing my musical career and the cross-country moves that provided me. When I retired to Asheville in 2014, I had a profound experience working on my own and decided that the spiritual atmosphere of the Western Carolinas was the place to find other souls interested in exploring their own past lives.

I started a MeetUp and had monthly sessions until interrupted by the events of 2020. That experience taught me to find my own method, which I am calling TimeLine Journeying, and a method to guide groups of people into their most positive past life experience.

I had already been working with people all over the world using Zoom which I find works well for one-on-one sessions as it allows me to see the person’s face and their expressions as I ask them questions. I am working on a book about this process with an ever-changing release date.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I was a drummer in my career and very comfortable sitting in the back and letting the singer do all the talking. It was a huge stretch to be the one in charge of the flow of the presentation, but as a Leo, I found I really enjoyed the experience. Then when I started a MeetUp group, I had to find a way to provide a group experience, which was not in the Awareness Techniques which I was reviving.

Then adapted to working on Zoom so I could work with non-local clients, which I also found very comfortable. Now, I’m writing about my very personal spiritual experiences through journeying to past, between, and now future lives, and this has been the greatest challenge of all, one that I hope provides a growth spurt as did all my there challenges.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I guide clients into a very personal experience of past lives without hypnosis, utilizing a guided meditation inspired by the Awareness techniques of William and Diane Swygard. Most of this field uses the standard hypnotic regression model, so my revival of a non-hypnotic process seems to appeal to clients uninterested in hypnosis.

I am one of the very few people with knowledge of the Awareness techniques, so my website provides some history and a copy of the original materials distributed by the Swygards in the 1970s. I am honored to be continuing this tradition and adding to it with my own guiding practice over hundreds of solo and groups sessions.

What were you like growing up?
I started as a drummer, in various rock bands, a different way of rocking people’s worlds! I always had an interest in paranormal phenomena which I nurtured with books and pre-internet research. I also explored a multitude of spiritual practices, starting with Transcendental meditation and moving through Paramahansa Yogananda’s self-realization Fellowship when I was living in LA.

Plus the use of binaural technologies such as HoloSync to deepen meditation. Added to that was an interest in the UFO phenomena which I investigated for its expanded view of our journey through what Dolores Cannon called “the Earth School” and our place in the greater cosmos.

Bobby Baranowski has guided me into several past lives. He skillfully stays with you on your journey to expand the experience and give support to what you are unsure of. I am a lighter happier person for experiencing these journeys with Bobby’s help. So glad I did it.
