Hi Tami, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve always had a passion for Events and cooking. I have worked in the service industry since I was 15 years old. I always had people reaching out to me about making the food or helping with the decor or anything event related. When I turned 40, I made the decision to go back to college, as in 2002 I graduated from USC with a culinary arts degree, so I wanted to go back to school to get all the proper tools to own a business. While attending college for a second time, I was also working a full time job..
Fast forward a couple years later, I graduated from college with a degree in business and entrepreneurship and the restaurant that I was working at closed as the owners wanted to retire, so then I was able to focus more on my business, promote and rebrand my business so I can be more successful in the industry . Because of the hard work and dedication, and with the help of my daughter & son in law, Korine & Colby, my dear friend & assistant, Misty, and my wonderful fiance, Cody, we now are able to offer a variety of services to fit every Events needs, and we service multiple states!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road I have worked countless hours and days to be able to provide good quality service to my clients. I’ve done everything out of my own pocket financially for my business.
My mother was diagnosed with cancer for the second time two years ago, so there were days that I was taking her to chemo and Catering an event all in the same day.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We are a local woman owned small business. We offer a variety of services to fit any event needs. We bartend, coordinate, event plan, decor set up, officiate and cater!
We specialize in charcuterie & Bartending! We are very well known for our charcuterie & grazing tables, our bourbon infused bbq, and our amazing shrimp and grits! We also have one of South Carolina’s only Mobile charcuterie carts. What sets us apart from others as we are very family oriented and budget friendly. we try to accommodate everyone’s financial needs for events. Events can be very costly and we just want our clients to be able to afford the event of their needs without breaking the bank or sacrificing the taste.

What makes me happy is seeing others happy and knowing that I had something to do with it. I lead my life daily looking to find the joy in others.
