Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’ve always had an interest in fitness and wellness, but it was when I shifted my habits to support my journey toward pregnancy that I truly immersed myself in health. I focused on healing my body through mindful choices in food, vitamins, and daily habits. Taking a hands-on approach to my well-being, I was fortunate to become pregnant with my first child. Throughout my pregnancy, I maintained these healthy practices, which contributed to an incredibly positive and fulfilling experience.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The journey was full of challenges, as healing my body wasn’t always straightforward. It involved a lot of trial and error, along with seeking guidance from various professionals. I experimented with treatments like acupuncture and herbal teas, both of which take time to show results. With the unwavering support of my family and loved ones, I was able to stay consistent and ultimately see the positive changes.

I am a lifestyle creator who shares my health and wellness journey here in Charleston, along with hormone-friendly beauty tips. I’m also passionate about fashion and love sharing my style inspirations. What sets me apart is my authenticity and unique creative choices. I truly connect with my audience and love engaging with my followers, fostering a sense of community.
What were you like growing up?
I was an outgoing child, and my family affectionately calls me “the wild child.” As the youngest of four, I became independent at an early age. I spent my days playing outside, enjoying a childhood much like my parents’, where everyone was outdoors. My creativity always shone through—I loved making things like candles and crafts, often with the goal of selling them for charity.
