Today we’d like to introduce you to Claire Campagna
Hi Claire, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My career story begins with a pretty traditional background: I went to Clemson University where I earned a degree in Packaging Science. I was then hired directly out of school as a Packaging Consultant with a respectable company in the industry, building a career that exactly correlated with my degree. As the years passed, I became externally successful, but internally, I was miserable. I knew something major needed to shift because this was not how I wanted to live my life for the rest of my career.
So began my personal self-discovery journey – I was still silently suffering at my day job, but I felt like I had to wait for total clarity before I could confidently take a leap and start forging a new career path for myself. This journey eventually led me to explore astrology and Human Design, which I had to begrudgingly admit were proving to be the most helpful tools I had found when it came to understanding all facets of myself. As much as I wanted to resist it, I felt a familiarity with these systems, like I had always known them. I realized that I was able to see the patterns and connect the dots in charts in ways that were genuinely helping me and those close to me.
The more I studied these systems and put them into practice, the more I realized that THIS could be the clarity that I had been seeking – my way out of a job that drained me and a step towards a life & career that actually fulfilled me. Once this dawned on me, I hired a business coach who taught me a solid business model & high integrity marketing strategy, and I quit my job – all in less than 1 year. That was over 2 years ago and I am forever grateful that I followed my instincts and left the perceived stability of a corporate job for true fulfillment.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My entrepreneurial path has included some bumps along the way, but so far, it’s been a much smoother journey than I would’ve guessed. The most challenging part thus far was taking the leap of faith into entrepreneurship because, for me, leaving the corporate world to follow my own path was equal parts exciting and terrifying.
The next hurdle was transitioning from being an employee to being my own boss. This requires a shift in mentality and, if I’m being honest, it is something I’m still learning how to hone nearly 3 years in. From a ‘freedom’ perspective, it’s incredible – I’m grateful to have total autonomy over where I direct my time, money, and energy everyday. The part that has been interesting to navigate is learning how to best leverage my resources and hold myself accountable, without burning myself out in the process. Building a successful and sustainable business demands that you see your strengths AND challenges through an honest lens. In doing this, you will inevitably run into bumps in the road, but I can already tell that success is not a product of learning how to avoid the obstacles – it’s about learning how to navigate them with a blend of strategic logic and intuition.

My work is rooted in guiding individuals through self-discovery and personal empowerment using astrology and Human Design. I help people understand their unique energetic makeup, empowering them to reconnect with their inner wisdom and gain clarity on what truly fulfills them. Through this process, they can identify what they want to align with and learn how to create more flow and experience less resistance in their daily lives.
This approach to self-discovery is especially beneficial for those who feel unfulfilled, directionless, disempowered, or frustrated by stagnation. Together, we use your charts to clarify your motivations, desires, and values, helping you build a more meaningful life. We explore your innate gifts so you can confidently leverage your strengths and activate your potential. We also identify the sources of limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns so we can determine practical strategies to navigate them compassionately and prevent them from constantly interrupting your flow and progress.
I don’t label myself as an “astrologer” or “Human Design Coach” because my focus is on self-understanding. While astrological transits can offer helpful context during specific seasons of life, I find it more valuable to first develop an intimate understanding of yourself through your charts. This offers a stable foundation to support you in navigating any life experience, equipping you with the tools to confidently honor what feels most authentic to you, regardless of the external circumstances.
Personally, one of my greatest sources of fulfillment comes from witnessing my clients experience revelations and transformations. When clients reflect back to me that “This has been more insightful than therapy” or “I feel like I finally have permission to be myself without shame,” I feel deep gratitude and certainty that this is how I’m meant to use my gifts.

While many people know I offer readings and coaching for individual clients, I also love collaborating with businesses and organizations that understand the value of self-understanding.
