From grinding in the local scene to co-headlining iconic venues like the Bug Jar and rocking daytime beach sets at Sunset Bay, my musical journey has been all about evolution and connection. Whether I’m dropping exclusive unreleased tracks, blending live instrumentation into my sets, or making appearances on national television, the goal remains the same: creating unforgettable, feel-good experiences for the crowd.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There is usually a lot of unseen hustle:
The Early Grind:Playing tough slots to empty rooms, or being the opener before the crowd even arrives.
The Physical Toll: Lugging heavy equipment late at night, long hours of practice, and the exhaustion of balancing your music career with the rest of your life.
The Rejections:Dealing with promoters who don’t reply, venues that say “no,” or the challenge of getting people to simply pay attention in a crowded industry.
Every bump in the road is what builds the resilience and skill it takes to command a two-hour headlining set on the beach or confidently bring live musicians on stage with you. The fact that you are now knocking these major goals off your list proves that you successfully navigated the rough patches to build something real.

Here is what makes me stand out:
1. Blending DJ Sets with Live Instrumentation
I have bandmates join me live on sax and flute during a DJ set is a massive differentiator. A lot of DJs just stand behind the CDJs and press play, but bringing live instruments onto the stage bridges the gap between electronic music and a live concert experience. It brings soul, visual energy, and spontaneity to your sets that a strictly digital performance just can’t touch.
2. The Producer/DJ Hybrid
I’m not just playing top 40 hits or other people’s tracks—you are dropping your own original music, like “Need You All Night,” and previewing unreleased tracks. Being able to weave your own creations in with heavy throwback remixes shows you are an artist with a distinct sound, not just a human jukebox.
3. Mainstream Validation
Appearing on national television is a huge resume builder. The music industry is incredibly saturated, and a lot of talented artists never make it out of their hometown bubble. Having that national TV credit gives you an immediate layer of authority and professionalism when promoters or new fans are looking you up.
4. Venue Versatility
I’ve been showing that you can adapt your sound and energy to totally different environments. Throwing down a two-hour daytime set on the beach at Sunset Bay requires a completely different energy and tracklist than a late-night, feel-good co-headlining set at a gritty, iconic indoor venue like the Bug Jar. Your ability to command both shows range.
