Today we’d like to introduce you to Zaysha Hambrick
Hi Zaysha, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio & raised in Columbia, SC. I had my son at 21 and was unsure about my life and what I wanted to do after having a child so young. I always had a passion for skincare, growing up I loved to look pretty and dress up. My skin was always important to me & I knew this was something I would be very passionate about. However, I never could quite put my finger on what career path would fit best for me until I was twenty-six and I started a lip gloss line in 2019 naming it Kreative Kosmetiks LLLC. A few months after starting my lip-gloss line I lost my brother August 4, 2019, bringing me into a deep depression causing me to take a pause on my dreams. I had to find myself again and bring myself out of the darkest time of my life, suffering from anxiety. My brother was one of the first people to support my cosmetic line and always told me he was so proud of me. I miss him dearly.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
After my brother transitioned & I gained the courage to bring myself out of a dark time, I started back making products. Kreative Kosmetiks LLC was a success from the beginning, so I started making more than just lip gloss & dived into researching different ingredients & the best natural remedies to use for skin. As the years went by my products became popular as I was shipping all over the world and my products worked for different individuals, I became ecstatic and enrolled myself in esthetician school in 2022. I started my journey at Southeastern Esthetic institute, While I attended Esthetics school It was so many obstacles thrown my way, paying $350 weekly while paying bills, taking care of my son and working to stay on top of my daily life and still trying to recover from losing my brother was so hard. Once I graduated, I cried so hard because I finally made it, making my dreams a reality, I managed to graduate with all honors maintaining a 99 GPA. My Mother and Grandmother supported me throughout esthetics school. My mother always pushed me and made sure I stayed motivated. I received my license in 2023 presenting myself as a licensed esthetician.

I am a successful entrepreneur still actively gaining clientele and showing off my talents and skills. I started Everything skin beauty spa in 2024 opening My spa in a med spa collaborating closely with a PA and surgical tech. I specialize in Facials and correcting skincare services. I actively stay engaged with my clients by staying connected with them & reaching out on a consistent basis, not only are they my clients but they are my friends, and I listen to their stories. I actively make sure I write out a skincare regimen and recommend the best skincare products for my clients, for them to maintain healthy beautiful skin. All skin is good skin in the esthetic world & my world. I am known for my client’s seeing results and maintaining beautiful youthful skin. My happiest / proudest moments in my career are seeing my clients happy with their results and rebooking with me staying consistent in their journey. I offer different skin rejuvenating facials that are sure to see results, while comforting them and giving them mini massage techniques for lifting results.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My favorite childhood memory was spending my whole summer in Cleveland Ohio with my father and distant family members exploring where I was born. Summer of 04 was one to remember riding bikes on the westside hitting the ice-cream parlor across the street from my dad’s house while my brother would beat the drums on the sidewalk for extra cash, meeting all types of different races and different backgrounds. A summer I will never forget.
