Hi Zachary, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Viking Turf was a dream I had since I was 18 years old. (Now 31). Me and my best friends have been in the industry managing different companies in California for the last 10 years. After a lot do research and prayer I decided to sell everything I owned and put my wife and three sons on a plane and move here to Charleston now 3 years ago. After all, South Carolina is golf capital of the world. I knew this was going to be the spot for my friends and I to build Viking Turf since we specialize in building putting greens. We are going to take over the east coast with our quality. We are unmatched with our skill set in the industry and our drive for success is unbound. Business has been great and we are progressing in leaps and bounds. Living the dream , one yard at a time ! We are here making grass great again !

The struggle of having faith over fear. Selling everything you own and moving across the country on a dream is a scary thing. Especially when you’re a father of 3 and a husband. As soon as I let faith become greater then fear. The road was opened to success
We’ve been impressed with Viking Turf, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a family owned artificial grass and putting green company. We specialize in taking your backyard and turning it into a little to no maintenance paradise. Not only for a financial investment but for an investment of your quality of life aswell
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Be a truthful and kind person and put faith over fear. God is the only one who opens and closes doors for you. Be in the word and talk to Jesus like your friend. He will always guide you to the right connections
