My name is Sierra Waters, and I’m an entrepreneur, content creator, spiritual practitioner, and founder of multiple brands centered around empowerment, wellness, beauty, and self-expression.
My journey began with a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their authentic selves. What started as a personal path of healing and self-discovery eventually evolved into a business built around transformation, education, and community.
Many people know me as The Matriarch Priestess, where I share astrology, intuitive guidance, Reiki, herbalism, and spiritual development. Over time, my work expanded into entrepreneurship, lifestyle content, and fragrance through Sacred Sillage, where I explore the art of perfume, personal style, and self-expression.
As a mother, business owner, and creator, I’m passionate about showing others that they don’t have to fit into one box. We can be spiritual and strategic, nurturing and ambitious, creative and successful all at the same time.
Today, my mission is simple: to inspire people to trust themselves, embrace their individuality, and create lives that feel aligned, purposeful, and authentic. Whether someone discovers me through spirituality, fragrance, wellness, or entrepreneurship, I hope they leave feeling empowered to become the fullest version of themselves.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Building a business while raising a family has definitely not been a smooth road, but I believe those challenges have become some of my greatest strengths.
Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve faced self-doubt, financial uncertainty, changing markets, and the constant balancing act of wearing multiple hats. There have been seasons where I was simultaneously building a brand, serving clients, creating content, managing a household, and raising children. Learning how to navigate all of those responsibilities while still protecting my own well-being has been one of the biggest lessons of my journey.
Another challenge has been allowing my business to evolve. Many people want to place entrepreneurs into a single category, but I’ve always been someone with diverse passions and interests. Whether it’s spirituality, wellness, beauty, fragrance, education, or content creation, I’ve had to trust myself enough to grow beyond a single label and build a brand that reflects all of who I am.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success isn’t about avoiding obstacles—it’s about staying committed to your vision through them. Every challenge has strengthened my resilience, deepened my purpose, and reminded me why I started in the first place. Looking back, I wouldn’t change the journey because the obstacles helped shape the woman, mother, and entrepreneur I am today.

What sets my brand apart is that I refuse to fit into a single box. I believe people are multidimensional, and my work reflects that. I am a mother, entrepreneur, creator, mentor, fragrance enthusiast, spiritual practitioner, and storyteller. Rather than separating those identities, I’ve built a brand that allows them to coexist authentically.
The thing I’m most proud of is creating spaces where people feel empowered to be fully themselves. Whether someone connects with me through spirituality, fragrance, wellness, personal growth, or entrepreneurship, my goal is always the same: to inspire confidence, self-trust, creativity, and personal transformation.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that mentorship doesn’t always come from one person. Some of my greatest teachers have been books, creators, entrepreneurs, and people I’ve learned from simply by observing their journey.
When it comes to networking, authenticity has been my greatest asset. I’ve found that genuine relationships are more valuable than chasing opportunities. Many of the opportunities I’ve received came from consistently showing up, sharing my work, and allowing people to connect with my story.
My advice is simple: stay curious, keep learning, build real relationships, and don’t be afraid to be visible. The right mentors and opportunities often find you when you’re committed to your growth and willing to show up as yourself.
