Hi Nadezhda, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I got to where I am today because of my father .
He was a professional boxer and a coach in Soviet Union .
I grew up around athletes and competitions.
I was so inspired by my father’s ability to help people to change their life’s for better .
He taught me of a discipline , how to be patient and an independent woman .
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My life has been a big challenge . The biggest challenge that I have faced along way when I moved to US from Russia .
I had to learn to live apart from my family as an immigrant in USA .
My love and passion to teach Pilates and Yoga gives me strength and confidence to help people to stay healthy , happy and young . I am inspired each day how it transforms and changes peoples lifestyle and perspectives in a better way .
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I use nutrition , sport medicine , Ayurveda , Yoga , Pilates and other knowledge and experience helping people to stay happy , healthy and strong mentally and physically .
I believe that it is our responsibility to become a better version of ourselves.
