Hi Keisha, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
After twenty-five years in law enforcement, (Corrections) nearing retirement, and as a source of secondary income- Impeccable Cleaning Service LLC was created. In three short years my business catapulted to working with local builders, rental property managers, home owners and small business owners. I am no stranger to the industry, as my family was in the sanitation service for over a decade(Fogles Sanitation Service). I am happy and excited to continue the legacy and foundation my father and uncles passed onto me and continue to serve my community. I retired in May of 2021 and operate my business full time now.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
For the most part everthing has run smoothly. You would think covid would of been a great challenge but it wasn’t. I never ran out of supplies/equipment and I never stopped working and never contracted covid……The biggest challenge I have in my business is finding reliable help. We set an expectation for cleaning technicians to go above and beyond, because they are going into people’s personal spaces. I use to think it was a money issue but after finding that I pay substantially more than my local competitors, I realized that its a more complex multifaceted issue that involves a generational/cultural shift.

Impeccable Cleaning Service, LLC is a boutique cleaning service that specializes in custom and professional cleaning services. We service the Columbia, South Carolina metropolitan area. W offer resiential and commercial services which include post construction. move out/in, and airbnb cleans. Im most proud of starting this business while being a single mom and being able to provide for myself and my son.
What sets us apart from most cleaning agencies is that we’re a small business that cares about the community and your home. I takes alot or people to trust and know that you will come in an do what needs to be done. With Impeccable Cleaning Service LLC, you won’t have to worry about different staff coming in and out your home each visit and the client has the flexibility to customize their service for what works for them, their family and their space.
