Hi Joseph, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I discovered DJing at the age of 10 or 11, thanks to my father, who had been a DJ in his younger days. At 18, I moved to Atlanta for college and found myself captivated by the party scene, which reignited my love for DJing. From that point on, I delved deeper into the craft, eventually leading me to pursue a professional DJ career.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road to becoming a DJ has definitely had its bumps but those challenges have shaped who I am as an artist. Early on, one of the biggest struggles was balancing my passion for DJing with the practical aspects of life. Another challenge was breaking into the industry. DJing is a competitive field, and it took a lot of networking, playing at smaller events, and consistently improving my skills to start getting recognized. There were moments of doubt, especially when gigs didn’t go as planned or when I felt like I wasn’t making progress as quickly as I’d hoped.
However, these struggles taught me persistence, adaptability, and the importance of staying true to my vision. Over time, I learned to embrace the setbacks as part of the journey and used them as motivation to push harder. The road hasn’t been smooth, but every challenge has made me a better DJ and a more resilient person.

I’m a professional dj who specializes in blending genres to create unique, high-energy set that keep crowds on their feet. I’m known for my seamless transitions and the ability to read a crowd, which I’ve honed through years of crafting mixtapes and playing gigs across different cities. One of my proudest achievements is the release of my mixtape series, which has gained a strong following and showcased different artist across the globe. What sets me apart is my dedication to constantly evolving my sound and my willingness to travel and experience new music cultures, which I incorporate into my sets to create something fresh every time.”
