Hi Ian, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Natural Roots was founded in 2015 by a master gardener, He started to notice the demand for Eco-friendly pest control and Natural Roots was born. It all stated with one man and one truck. Fast forward to 2025 we now are the leading eco-friendly pest control and wildlife company in the midlands we now have 4 trucks, perform services all over the area, and are rapidly growing.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The biggest challenge that Natural Roots has faced is breaking the stigma that eco-friendly pest control is not as effective as “traditional” pest control. This is simply not true not only is it just as effective as “traditional” means but it is drastically safer for you, your family, and your pets.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We specialize in eco-friendly pest control and safe humane wildlife removal. We use the a proprietary blend of essential oils and granular baits to get rid of any and all pests in and around your home while giving you peace of mind that you are not putting your health at risk doing so. Our other specialty is safe and humane wildlife removal and exclusion getting rid of the critters in a safe way and making sure they don’t return. That is what sets us apart from the hundreds of other PC companies in the area. This also happens to be the biggest source of pride for us at Natural Roots.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success to me is running a profitable, dependable business that puts a huge priority on customer service. I believe are doing that at Natural Roots
