Hi Haylee, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I actually fell in love with photography way back in the 5th grade through 4‑H. That was the first time I realized how much joy I felt behind a camera. In high school, I joined the yearbook staff, and that’s where everything really clicked for me. I loved documenting people, moments, and the little stories happening around me. Those early experiences planted the seeds for the work I do today—capturing real, meaningful moments with warmth and intention.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been easy. I’ve faced the typical challenges many creatives experience—learning how to run a business, finding my style, managing burnout, and navigating seasons of self‑doubt. But each obstacle helped me grow stronger, more confident, and more intentional in the work I create today.

Golden Glow Photography is a storytelling‑centered brand specializing in maternity, newborn, family, weddings and other milestones! My style is warm, painterly, and true‑to‑life, and I’m known for creating sessions that feel relaxed, connected, and emotionally rich.
What sets me apart is the way I blend artistry with presence. I guide my clients gently, help them feel comfortable, and focus on capturing the real moments—the ones that feel like home. I’m proud that my brand has become a trusted space for families during some of the most meaningful seasons of their lives.
My offerings are focused on the moments you want to capture forever. Common sessions include: newborn and baby’s first year, family sessions, maternity work, and engagement, weddings and senior sessions.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
In the next 5–10 years, I expect to see continued growth in lifestyle and storytelling‑based photography, especially in maternity, newborn, and family work. Clients are prioritizing natural tones, emotional connection, and a guided but relaxed experience. There’s also a clear trend toward bundled offerings—milestone packages, first‑year collections, and long‑term storytelling.
