Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Lucht
Danielle, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey into finance began out a desire to find financial security for myself and quickly led me to want to provide the same for other women. Now, after 20 years in this business, and four years in October 2024 of owning Everwell Financial, I’ve realized my story is always been leading me to to empower women through personalized financial planning.
From a young age, I’ve been ambitious. I’ve also faced adversities. From not getting into my dream college at 17 years old, to shifting from a journalism career to a financial one with no female mentors, to losing my marriage and my mother within a year of each other, I know every woman’s financial journey is unique because our dreams are different.
Our responsibilities are also different.
Many times throughout my story, I’ve caught myself focusing on everyone else but me. I let myself get lost. I see that with many of my clients when it comes to their finances. I help them find their monetary goals again and really put them into play.
My complicated story has allowed my focus to be crystal clear: I build wealth for women and ensure their financial independence.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, not at all.
As I briefly mentioned earlier, I’ve had a non-linear path to my current role. The last several years have felt more like a gravel road than a fully paved highway.
My Gravel Road:
2020 – Covid & Decided to Go Independent
2021 – Divorce process started
2023 – July – staff member quit and gave 7 hours-notice
2023 – Launched Fairwell Consulting (new business focused on divorce coaching)
2023 – August – After 2 years the divorce is finalized
2023 – September – Skin Cancer
2023 – October Walking Pneumonia
2023 – November Mother In Hospice
2023 – December – Mother Passes Away
Throughout it all my business grew because the 16 years prior had been full of me committing to my clients and being truly invested in their best interests.
Challenges come. It’s how we navigate them that truly defines us.

Ask. I’ve found those who ask, receive. Those who do not ask, are stuck without a mentor or network.
