Meet Calissa Earle DNP, APRN, FNP-C of Infinite Wellness Care

Today we’d like to introduce you to Calissa Earle DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Calissa, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Wow! This is a great question. My journey started years ago as a residential assistant, where I visited elderly patients in their homes for a few hours daily. At around the age of 18, the company decided to transition all employees to 1099 contractor status. I was apprehensive about tracking my own mileage and recording tax information, which led me to choose the option to end the assignment.

After that, I moved to an assisted living facility, and that’s when I discovered my aptitude for taking care of patients. While I recognized my skills, I didn’t immediately enroll in nursing school. Instead, that same year, I took a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course and worked for a while. Subsequently, I decided to pursue a Patient Care Technician Course (PCT) and continued working in the field. I found immense joy in caring for the elderly and wasn’t concerned about exploring other career options.

In 2006, I learned that I would be a mom, which motivated me to pursue more opportunities. My daughter was just six weeks old when I enrolled at Greenville Technical College to begin my journey toward becoming a Registered Nurse (RN). I graduated as an RN in 2012, filled with excitement and readiness to start my career. Shortly thereafter, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2013, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing (MS) in 2018, and finally, my Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) designation, also in 2018.

At this point, I felt accomplished and decided to focus on my career and motherhood. Becoming an FNP exceeded my expectations, but after some time in the field, I realized I wanted more. I wanted to pursue something that was solely for me, as I felt that each of my academic achievements was tied to my children: the RN for my daughter, the BSN for my first son, and the MS and FNP for my youngest son. Motivated by this desire, I chose to take another shot at school and earned my Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2023.

With all these accomplishments, I initially thought I would feel fulfilled and content. However, I experienced the opposite—feeling lost, confused, frustrated, and helpless. I became so busy with work and checking boxes that I found little fulfillment in my achievements. For the first time, I was unsure of my next steps and didn’t rush into further education. Instead, I sought to understand the true meaning of contentment through therapy.

I’m grateful for that decision because it led me to where I am today. Through therapy, I launched Infinite Wellness Care Telemedicine Practice in 2024, where I have the privilege of treating patients both medically as an FNP and mentally as a transformational life coach. Additionally, I authored my first book this year, titled “Unlock Your Infinite Mind Starter Kit,” aimed at helping others transform their confusion and frustration into clarity and empowerment.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My road was not smooth, but I was covered. As a lifelong learner, I focused intensely on education, often at the expense of other aspects of my life. One of those aspects was my own well-being. I am honest about this because my current goal is to help others. While I gained valuable knowledge during this time, I struggled to identify simple things, such as my favorite color or meal, and I questioned why everything in life had to conform to a certain standard.

I am grateful that I did not ignore these feelings but instead delved deeper to uncover the answers. However, as I sought external resources, I found little certainty. Yet, I am no quitter. As I accumulated knowledge, I began to journal my thoughts. The more I wrote, the more I produced. Although it was a struggle, my determination to discover the true meaning of life within myself propelled me forward.

Additionally, I faced challenges in finding my place within the nursing world. The disparity between my expectations and reality often left me feeling unbalanced. I grappled with understanding those who chose nursing but seemed indifferent to the profession. I wrestled with knowing when to walk away and when to stay, as well as when to speak up and when to remain silent. Balancing my passion for nursing with the need to earn a living was another significant struggle.

These challenges were tough, but they ultimately shaped who I am today. I am pleased to say that I have found the answers I sought, even though the journey to obtain them was fraught with difficulties.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Infinite Wellness Care?
Infinite Wellness Care is a telemedicine practice that I founded in 2024. This online practice has the capability to establish clinics in various locations. Infinite Wellness Care enables me to identify or rule out medical reasons that may prevent individuals from achieving wellness. Based on the medical findings, I initiate transformational life coaching to address both the mind and body. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I refer any issues outside my scope of practice to a medical doctor (MD), Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), or psychiatrist.

My specialization lies in the mental health of individuals. I recognize that if someone is struggling mentally, it can be challenging for the body to thrive. I am known for my expertise in mental health and currently teach mental health courses to associate degree nursing students at ECPI University, as well as to bachelor’s degree nursing students at Clemson University. Additionally, I provide instruction on mental health in primary care to graduate-level students at Clemson University.

I advocate for mental health awareness in everyday life, not just during crises. I distinguish myself by emphasizing, “No one can out-care me.” While I may not always articulate my thoughts perfectly or remember every name, my genuine care for my patients and students is unwavering.

One of my proudest achievements is my first book, “Unlock Your Infinite Mind Starter Kit.” This book encapsulates my personal transformation from feeling trapped, confused, frustrated, and helpless to experiencing clarity and empowerment through my unique framework, P.R.E,S.S (Purpose, Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, Strategic Planning & Strategic Execution).

I want everyone to know that I AM INFINITE! We are all INFINITE! As stated in Romans 12:2, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” All change begins in the mind, and I am here to support, lead, and guide you toward the alignment you seek.

I offer free initial consultations to assess both medical and mental health concerns, allowing me to tailor a personalized care plan for each individual.
