Hi Christopher, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
We acquired the Fudge Shoppe in January 2023. We have evolved from a simple sweets and ice cream shop into a family friendly Ice cream Parlor and Bakery. We hand make as much of our products as possible and add a unique artistic touch. Our focus is to be a landmark business for downtown Marion. We take pride in our consistency and commitment to our customers.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Small town business problems. Downtown Marion shuts down early and is limited on weekends. We are often times the only place open and we need traffic.

We are a small downtown business that specializes in handmade sweets, Custom baked treats, and hand dipped ice cream. We are open every day and work to be a consistent and comfortable place for families to turn to. Our fresh baked soft cookies are the talk of the town. We have a ever growing portfolio of custom made cakes for any occasion.
Any big plans?
We plan to expand our custom treats and cakes area, as well as continue building a family focused environment. As we grow we hope to find a larger space to offer an even better experience for our patrons.
