Today we’d like to introduce you to Cassandra Puello.
Hi Cassandra, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My first job out of college was an event captain for Southern Way Catering, getting to work weddings and in the Clemson football suites. During this job, I connected with a venue owner who hired me on as an event & wedding coordinator. After 3 years at this venue, the Lord opened doors for me to open my own company for wedding planning & coordinating. I launched my business August 2024 and it has been more successful than I could have ever dreamed. I am so thankful to the way the Lord orchestrated my steps to get here. I truly love what I do and the couples I get to serve.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Somehow, the process of opening a business has been pretty seamless for me so far! I have learned so much and have an amazing husband who helps with back end things like taxes & website design and updates.

Engaged couples can choose 1 of 3 services from me: coordination, partial planning, or full planning. Each one gets more involved, depending on how involved they want to be in the planning process. I am proud to represent the Lord in my business through the name and through the way I get to serve & love the couples that hire me. I think that what separates me is my calm demeanor & my ability to foresee issues before they arise. I had someone ask me the following question in a consultation call: what is something that has gone wrong at one of your weddings and what did you do to fix it? I was stumped to think of anything because I pride myself in thinking through every detail before the wedding day.
Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
I am from a small town in Ohio and I love how much there is to offer in Greenville and the surrounding suburbs. It’s big enough to feel like a city, but not too industrial or dirty like many large cities are. I’m thankful for the growth, but the traffic is definitely my least favorite part.
