Hidden Gems: Meet Savannah Dreblow of Soul Vibrations Yoga + Sound

Today we’d like to introduce you to Savannah Dreblow.

Hi Savannah, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
What began as personal repair evolved into a calling. I started Soul Vibrations Yoga + Sound because healing my own nervous system changed the trajectory of my life. For years I lived in a constant survival state, people-pleasing, pushing through pain, and searching for validation outside of myself. After a long pattern of family trauma, workplace burnout, and finally a nervous breakdown, I could no longer ignore the truth that something had to change.

Yoga became my landing point – the place where I finally felt safe in my own body again. Sound healing helped me release stored tension and unlearn the belief that I had to earn my worth through suffering. I became deeply curious about how our emotions, our energy, and our nervous system work together to protect us, and how reconnecting with the body can open the door to real healing.

As I trained and learned and slowly rebuilt myself, my purpose became clear. Women and mothers navigating major life transitions like perimenopause, burnout, or identity shifts. People who have been suffering in silence and are now choosing to heal. Humans who carry so much and finally need a space where they can set it down for a moment.

They deserve a space that honors their whole experience. A space where slowing down is celebrated. A space where listening inward becomes the priority.

Soul Vibrations Yoga + Sound is that space. My classes are not about performing the perfect pose. They are about reclaiming safety in your own skin. They offer breathwork, gentle movement, and the science-supported practices of sound and nervous system regulation to help people feel at home within themselves again.

Today I guide private yoga, beginner-friendly movement, and sound healing practices for anyone ready to breathe again. I continue to evolve in my own becoming, listening for the quiet wisdom beneath the surface. It is an honor and a sacred privilege to help others reclaim safety inside their bodies and remember the truth of who they are when survival mode finally lets go.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Healing rarely is. It was messy and painful and full of moments where I felt completely undone. I had to face years of stored trauma, chronic stress, and the exhaustion that comes from constantly caring for others before myself, while also learning that slowing down is not the same as giving up.

There have been seasons of deep doubt, financial strain, burnout, and moments where I questioned whether I was strong enough to rebuild. But every setback became part of the wisdom I now share with others. My struggles are the reason I can hold space with compassion and authenticity. They shaped me into someone who understands what it looks like to rise again, piece by piece.

As you know, we’re big fans of Soul Vibrations Yoga + Sound. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Soul Vibrations Yoga + Sound offers gentle, beginner-friendly yoga, sound healing, and meditative practices that help people feel calmer, grounded, and more at home in their bodies. I work with women and mothers who are managing high stress, shifting identities, chronic tension, or simply trying to find themselves again beneath all of life’s demands.

I specialize in private and small group sessions where people can move at their own pace and feel fully supported. I offer restorative practices like Yoga Nidra meditation and sound healing to help the nervous system unwind and reset. Classes are accessible to all ages and bodies, with options for those who prefer or need chair-supported movement.

What I am known for most is creating a truly safe space. Many people feel drawn to connect before they even know why. Their souls, their intuition, their nervous systems lead them here. They are often carrying stress that has begun to show up physically, or navigating a sense of “dis-ease” after years of overwhelm. They don’t need to be fixed. They need support, compassion, and a place where they can finally let go. I am not just teaching movement. I am holding space for healing to begin – and that is what sets me apart.

Brand wise, I am most proud that Soul Vibrations Yoga + Sound is a place where people can be fully human. They can show up exactly as they are. Emotional. Overwhelmed. Unsure. Hopeful. Or even giggly and awkward. All of it is welcome. We use laughter as medicine. We take breaks when the body needs one. We honor the real human experience instead of trying to look perfect while healing.

I do not pretend to be anything other than who I am, and my students feel that. The authenticity. The safety. The space to breathe and just be. That is what I am most proud my brand stands for. When someone leaves feeling more like themselves. Seen, supported, and able to exhale. That is success.

Soul Vibrations Yoga + Sound is based in Rock Hill, South Carolina and serves the York County community through in person and online group classes. I also offer private sessions that can be held virtually or arranged locally for a more personalized experience.

My training includes Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra, sound healing, and energy work. Whether someone is navigating a major life transition, healing from burnout, or learning how to soften again, I am here to support their return to themselves, one breath at a time.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I have learned is acceptance. Everything begins with truly accepting yourself. Accepting where you are and who you are, but also accepting reality. Letting the truth of your life sink in without fighting it. Allowing the gravity of what has shaped you to be acknowledged instead of avoided.

Only then can compassion and forgiveness move in. When you stop resisting what is, the nervous system can finally exhale. You can offer yourself the grace you have given others so freely. And with that foundation of acceptance and self kindness, the path forward becomes clearer.

Healing begins the moment you stop resisting who you are.
