Today we’d like to introduce you to Justin Singh.
Hi Justin, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey to where I am today isn’t one of typical business success; it’s a story shaped on the open roads and within the confines of a truck cabin. I started as a truck driver with Swift Transportation, a path many might not associate with entrepreneurial ambition. Yet, it was here, amid long hauls and endless highways, that I found my classroom. Driving across the country, I absorbed more than just the landscapes. Each town’s interaction with people at truck stops, warehouses, and even Walmart parking lots became a real-time lesson in human behavior and market dynamics. This was my ‘university’ — a mix of observation, interaction, and introspection. One thing I’ve always held close is the importance of community and family. They were my backbone, my reason for persisting when times got tough. Their support fueled my resilience, reminding me that giving up wasn’t an option. From these experiences, Diginetics was born. It wasn’t just a business idea but a culmination of insights gathered on the road. This software wasn’t solely about logistics but connecting people, understanding their needs, and providing real solutions. It taught me that true success lies in understanding and valuing human connections. I learned, sometimes the hard way, that the foundation of any successful venture is not just the product or service you offer but the relationships you build and nurture. My journey taught me that your real ‘currency’ is the community you build and the vision you share. My advice for anyone starting, especially those who don’t fit the traditional mold of an entrepreneur, is simple: Look around you, observe, and learn. Your greatest opportunities and lessons are right there in your everyday experiences. My path from being a professional truck driver to building a tech company wasn’t straightforward, but every step was a crucial part of my story. In my story, it’s not just about reaching a destination; it’s about the journey and the people you meet along the way. As I continue to write my story, I know the lessons I’ve learned on the road will always guide me. If I Can leave you with one thing, always remember – Your Currency is what you currently see.
Please talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned. Looking back, has it been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Navigating my path has been far from smooth. The road to where I am today was riddled with challenges, some of which seemed impossible then. Each struggle, however, has been a stepping stone, shaping me into the entrepreneur I am now.
- Early Struggles: Learning from Life
My earliest struggles were transitioning from a regular truck driver to an owner-operator. This shift was not just a change in job title but a complete overhaul of how I viewed my work and responsibilities. The financial burden and the uncertainty of steady income were constant companions. More than once, I found myself failing, picking up the pieces, and trying again. Each failure, though disheartening, was an invaluable lesson in persistence and resilience. - Navigating the Business World
As I ventured into the business world with Diginetics, I was a novice in an ocean of experienced players. Understanding the intricacies of running a business, particularly in the tech and logistics sector, was a steep learning curve. I had to adapt quickly, learn the language of business and technology, and understand market dynamics in a way I had never done before. - Personal Challenges
Balancing my professional aspirations with my personal life has been another significant challenge. The long hours on the road, the time spent away from my family, and the stress of managing a burgeoning business took its toll. It was a constant juggle, trying to be present for my family while dedicating myself to my business. - Embracing Change and Uncertainty
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is to embrace change and uncertainty. The business landscape, especially in technology and logistics, is ever-evolving. Staying adaptable, learning to pivot when necessary, and being open to new ideas and approaches have been crucial to navigating these changes. - Building Relationships
Building and maintaining relationships in business has been both a challenge and a reward. It’s not just about networking; it’s about creating genuine connections, understanding people’s needs, and finding ways to meet them. This aspect of my journey has been as much about personal growth as it has been about professional development.
In summary, while my journey has been far from smooth, each struggle has imparted wisdom and strength. These challenges have been instrumental in crafting a successful business and a fulfilling life journey.

We’d like to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you.
- Beyond Luck: A Journey of Purpose and Perseverance
In my life and business, the concept of luck – good or bad – has taken a backseat to something more substantial: the belief in purpose and the power of perseverance. My childhood, marked by its challenges, wasn’t what many would call fortunate. However, as I grew older and learned the power of forgiveness, I began to see these experiences not as misfortunes but as vital lessons shaping my path. - Learning from Life’s Lessons
The hardships of my youth, including not finishing high school and losing time to various life choices, have been significant in molding me. These moments, which some might label negative, have been essential in driving me to become better. They were not stumbling blocks but stepping stones guiding me toward the path I am on today. - Valuing the Struggle
Where I come from, making it past a certain age is not guaranteed. I am 35 now, blessed with a beautiful family and a successful business. This isn’t a matter of luck. It’s the result of a lifelong fight and unwavering determination. From a young age, I learned to fight against the odds, understanding that my lowest points would never compare to the challenges I had already overcome. - A Different Frequency: The Power of Energy and Connection
We all resonate with a specific frequency and connect at various hertz. In this sense, all forms of energy are grounded by the earth beneath us. My focus has been on making these connections, on aligning with the right frequency. This mindset moves me beyond the realm of luck and negativity. It’s about connecting with the universe and channeling that energy towards my goals and dreams. - Conclusion: It’s Not Luck, It’s Determination
My journey has been less about luck and more about a deep-seated drive and purpose. Every experience and challenge has contributed to who I am today. It’s a testament to the belief that one can transcend the conventional notions of luck with the right mindset and determination and carve a path marked by success and fulfillment.
