Hidden Gems: Meet Jazmine Jones of Rest & Replenish Bodywork LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jazmine Jones.

Hi Jazmine, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works and it’s ability to heal itself. That curiosity led me to earn a degree in Exercise Science, giving me a strong understanding of movement, anatomy, and overall wellness. Years later, I pursued my massage therapy certification so I could bring that knowledge into hands-on healing. After working in spa and chiropractic settings, I felt called to create something of my own.

In February of this year, I opened Rest & Replenish Bodywork— a space where clients can receive massage therapy that’s truly tailored to their needs. My work blends hands-on techniques with a deeper understanding of how the body moves and responds, so each session supports the clients’ overall well-being.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
God’s grace has truly covered and even rerouted me during this entrepreneurial journey. Like any new endeavor, there have been a few bumps along the way. I’ve never run my own business before, so I’ve had to learn how to market myself effectively, set healthy boundaries with my time, finances, and services, and accept that some sacrifices—while uncomfortable in the moment—are necessary to create a lasting positive impact on the business. Each challenge has been a lesson, shaping me into a stronger business owner and deepening my faith in the process.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Rest & Replenish Bodywork is a massage therapy practice focused on creating a truly personalized healing experience for every client. I specialize in customized therapeutic massage—blending techniques to address each person’s specific needs, whether that’s pain relief, improved mobility, stress reduction, or simply a moment to breathe and recharge.

What sets me apart is the way I combine my knowledge and training with my faith-led approach to care. Every session is rooted in the belief that healing is not just physical—it’s emotional and spiritual, too. I want each client to leave feeling replenished in body, mind, and spirit.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud that my business reflects my values: compassion, integrity, and genuine care for people. It’s not about rushing clients in and out—it’s about creating a safe, welcoming space where they feel seen, heard, and cared for.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I was a bit of a nerd growing up—I loved math and science and would come home from school excited to share all the fun facts I’d learned with my mom. I was actually pretty shy, but most people thought I was outgoing. The truth is, I just didn’t like to see anyone left out, so I’d introduce myself and try to make them feel welcome.

Friendship, helping others, and learning have always been at the core of who I am. I also loved music, writing poetry, and spending time with friends and family—things that still bring me joy today.
