Today we’d like to introduce you to Chantell Brown
Hi Chantell, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
With a background in dance and sports, Sweet Fitness was developed and launched in 2019. I have always loved anything Fitness and Wellness focused, so starting Sweet Fitness was a divine opportunity. I am able to assist my community with offering personal training and coaching, fitness classes and boot camps, but most importantly support and knowledge of how to invest in a healthier lifestyle.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I don’t know if not having a booked schedule would be considered a smooth road! I can say, the moments I didn’t have clients or events, I took that time to study and develop my trade. I’m in an industry that changes everyday, so I have to navigate and adjust.

Sweet Fitness LLC offers personal training services, coaching, fitness classes and fit camps to help the community invest in their health. We provide a space where there is encouragement, support and direction into living a healthier lifestyle physically and mentally. We want our clients to know that we understand that life sometimes takes us to a place where we don’t recognize, but there is ALWAYS a way to create a new beginning by setting goals, building discipline, and investing in yourself everyday.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Growing up in Brooklyn, New York was freedom. I was able to develop my own personality, style and attitude while growing up in a natural melting pot! Being exposed to so many people, cultures and beliefs opened my eyes to a different world without limitations. Now, living Charleston, and beginning my business and family, I able to apply all that I’ve learned!
