Hi TJ, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I founded WTC Detailing after watching my family’s detailer create an everlasting impact on my parent’s personal lives. After his unfortunate passing, I stepped up and have taken many of his clients, built the company from the ground up, and stand as it is today.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been anything but a smooth journey. Building a clientele in an area where there are many prevalent competitors has been a challenge, but with our outstanding work have been able to start separating ourselves from the rest.
We’ve been impressed with WTC Detailing, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
WTC Detailing specializes in unparalleled mobile detailing, paint correction, ceramic and graphene coatings, and other personalized services to our clients desires. We seek to go above and beyond with our customer service to leave an everlasting impact on our clients vehicle and personal life.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
We believe that it is important to take risks. There was a major investment from the company’s standpoint this year, where we elevated from working out of a truck bed, to a full built out trailer. This was an expensive and time consuming move but has improved our efficiency and quality of work drastically. We firmly believe that investment is the way of innovation.
