Today we’d like to introduce you to Judy Etheredge.
Hi Judy, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I begin my journey as a certified fitness trainer in 2010, however my clients were interested in eating healthier. That inspired me to become a chef, so in 2015 I began my career at Natural Gourmet Institute in New York where I learned not only the love for cooking to help my community to eat healthier but to create delicious and beautiful food. I have taught over 3,000 children and adults in Richland, Lexington schools, in my home and at my studio. I have a beautiful garden where I grow vegetables, fresh herbs and flowers that I use in my dishes and on my Charcuterie business. I travel the world with like minded individuals.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been a smooth road because of the relationship I have built over the years. The most struggle is marketing to let others know where we are located and what we offer.

We offer a studio space that provides decoration, bartending and catering for an all inclusive experience.
I’m known for creating elaborate Art of Charcuterie graze tables. What sets me apart from others that I’m a one stop shop where you can host an event, create your vision for decoration, lets us create a custom bar and choose from our 20 option graze catering options all in one place.
