Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeff McLean.
Hi Jeff, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
“I grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I earned my bachelor’s degree in business and finance from the University of North Dakota, played Division I hockey on scholarship, and earned NCAA Academic All-American status four times. After graduation, I was drafted to the NHL and played for the San Jose Sharks and later Charleston’s own South Carolina Stingrays. Once the team moved us to Charleston, my wife and I realized that we loved it, so we never left. We now live on Daniel Island, where we raised our three daughters.”

“With my foundation in business and finance, I recognized an opportunity to combine those analytical skills with a genuine passion for helping people navigate the challenges of health insurance. I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
