Today we’d like to introduce you to Eugina Jordan.
Hi Eugina, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was born and raised in Soviet Russia. My mother was a single parent who made sure I had every opportunity possible, including saving enough to send me to Canada, where I earned my second degree. In 2000, I moved to the U.S. and started over.
My first job was as a receptionist at a telecom company. From there, I worked my way into marketing — no formal training, just self-taught skills, relentless curiosity, and a drive to prove I could do more.
Over the next two decades, I became an award-winning CMO, led global marketing teams, launched new brands, and created a new market category in telecom. Along the way, I was granted over 20 patents and helped drive growth from zero to tens of millions.
I’ve spoken on stages around the world, but what matters more to me is who I bring with me. I was a founding member of Chief in Boston because I believe in building community and making room for other women in leadership, especially those who’ve been underestimated.
Now, I’m the co-founder and CEO of my own AI startup. I’m taking everything I’ve learned — the strategy, the mistakes, the resilience — and putting it into something that solves real problems for real businesses.
This isn’t the story of overnight success. It’s the story of showing up, staying curious, and betting on yourself even when the odds don’t.
I was a single parent for six years. During that time, I juggled raising my son, building my career, and finding my footing in a Cirporte America — often all at once. It wasn’t easy, but it shaped me. I learned how to be resourceful, resilient, and fiercely focused. Years later, I met my husband, a true partner in every sense. He’s steady, supportive, and never once asked me to be smaller. Together, we’ve built a home filled with love, laughter, and mutual respect. My family is my greatest gift and my constant source of strength.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been a smooth road — not even close. As a woman in telecom, I was often the only one in the room, and certainly one of the few on stage. I saw firsthand how few women were given a platform, so I started pushing for change. I didn’t wait to be invited — I made space, created visibility, and helped build a movement to get more women speaking, leading, and being recognized for their work. But honestly, the biggest obstacle I’ve faced has been myself — the self-doubt, the internal voice asking if I was enough. Writing my book UNLIMITED was part of claiming my own voice — and helping others do the same. It’s a reminder that the limits we feel are often the ones we’ve been conditioned to accept — and that we can break them.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Since January 2025, I’ve been building YOUnifiedAI — a platform designed to help small and mid-sized businesses connect their disconnected tools and finally make AI work for them. Most SMEs and SMBs use dozens of apps that don’t talk to each other, creating silos, confusion, and lost productivity. We fix that by unifying their systems, enabling generative AI to provide clear insights, automate workflows, and reduce manual work, without requiring expensive integrations or technical teams.
SMEs and SMBs represent 95% of American businesses and employ over 67 million people — yet they’re being left behind in the AI race. We’re here to change that.
Our mission is to simplify AI adoption for the businesses that need it most. Our vision is to become the AI-powered operating layer that helps small and mid-sized companies grow faster, work smarter, and stay competitive, without the complexity that holds them back.
We’ve already filed four patents, won 3rd place at the Myrtle Beach pitch competition, pitched at MIT, and been accepted into accelerator programs. But what I’m most proud of is the impact we’re starting to make — giving real businesses the tools to move forward, not fall behind.
Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
We first came to Myrtle Beach for vacations 15 years ago — and like so many others, we fell in love with it. The ocean is magical. There’s something about being able to step outside, take a walk, and breathe — especially when you’re building a startup and every day is intense. The quality of life here is unmatched. What do I not like? Honestly, what’s not to like? We love our community. Most people are transplants like us — we came from Massachusetts — and everyone’s trying to build something meaningful, to make this place their home. It already feels like home to us. And professionally, I’ve met some of the most kind and supportive people here — it’s a place that lifts you up.
