My journey into the world of travel began long before I became a travel advisor. I started my career as a private chef in New York City, working for several well-known and high-profile clients. My work took me from the Hamptons and Montauk to Fisher Island, Florida—and even aboard a yacht sailing through the South of France and Italy.
Those experiences allowed me to see the world through the lens of fine food, culture, and luxury travel. After 15 years as a chef, my passion for exploring new destinations and culinary traditions inspired me to create my own path in the travel industry.
Today, as the owner of my own travel business, I draw on my background in food and hospitality to design unforgettable journeys that combine exceptional destinations, authentic flavors, and meaningful experiences.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road hasn’t always been smooth. Like many entrepreneurs, I faced the challenges of building a business from the ground up—learning marketing, navigating industry changes, and finding my voice in a crowded travel landscape. But each challenge taught me resilience, creativity, and the value of personal connection.
Over the past two years, my business has grown rapidly, fueled by word of mouth, loyal clients, and a genuine love for what I do.
