Hi Dr. Tina; so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey in the education and wellness industry began in 2013 as a content creator. Drawing from my experiences and knowledge, I helped individuals navigate difficult topics and connect with valuable resources, services, and natural products. From there, I became a public speaker, author, instructor, and later a community partner with the Girl Scouts of America. Driven by passion, I founded my podcasting network, CTR Media Network, a safe haven for podcasters and content creators, expanding my reach and influence over time. Today, The Tina Ramsay Show is on CTRMN, and I spotlight impactful entrepreneurs and podcasters with lively discussions covering business, wellness, education, and life.
We all face challenges, but would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Transitioning from content creation to full-time podcasting to a podcast network owner was challenging. I had to learn the ins and outs of the industry and overcome obstacles that stood in my way. My podcast and personal life have evolved through the years, including name changes, rebuilding, and audience expansion to accommodate my growing listener base and attract new followers. One of my biggest hurdles was understanding my worth in a male-dominated industry. Still, I persevered and learned how to monetize my podcast and create a network that would be beneficial and impactful. To achieve this, I invested in education, including classes on OTT, podcasting, mindset, and education, all while juggling the responsibilities of being a wife, mother, homeschooling parent, and community leader. Managing my time, building my relationship with God, and cultivating a growth mindset were paramount to my success. Thanks to these efforts, my podcast & network is now a significant source of income, demonstrating the power of podcasting. Even as a successful podcaster and network owner, I recognize that there will always be challenges and struggles, but it’s crucial to respond positively, lean on God, and learn from them. Every problem or challenge is a lesson that can drive personal growth, business growth, and finances while making a difference in the world. This will help us level up. Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
As a child, I had a unique fascination with the real-life stories behind the stars I watched on TV. While other kids were reading children’s books, I was devouring 500+ page biographies, eager to learn how these individuals made it to where they were. I also had a deep respect for the wisdom and experience of my elders, seeking out their firsthand accounts of historical events. Growing up, and to this day, many people have remarked that I have an old soul and a different perspective. Though I once struggled with feeling different, I now embrace this as my unique gift. The Tina Ramsay Show is important to me; it’s a platform where everyday people and influencers can share their unedited stories and truths to inspire others.
