Today we’d like to introduce you to Anna Majure.
Hi Anna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Majure Decor started from a passion for creating beautiful, personalized spaces and helping people make their homes feel like their own. What began as a small interior design business has grown through word of mouth, strong relationships with our clients, and a lot of hard work into the company we are today.
Over the years, we’ve continued to grow our services, our team, and our presence in the community while staying true to what made Majure Decor special from the beginning: creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional, while making the design process personal and enjoyable for our clients.
Today, Majure Decor is proud to be an established local design business with a growing presence in the community. We’ve continued to evolve, including moving into a new location, expanding our offerings, and being recognized as one of The State’s Best interior design businesses. While we’re proud of how far we’ve come, we’re even more excited about what’s ahead and continuing to grow Majure Decor while maintaining the personal touch that got us here.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road. Like any small business, we’ve faced challenges along the way, from learning how to grow while maintaining the quality and personal attention our clients expect to navigating the many moving pieces that come with running a business.
One of the biggest challenges has been finding the right balance between growth and staying true to who we are. As Majure Decor has grown, we’ve had to continually adapt, try new things, and learn from what doesn’t work. We moved locations 3 times in 3 years, and expanding the business also came with its own set of challenges, but ultimately created opportunities for us to grow and better serve our clients.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
At Majure Decor, we specialize in creating thoughtfully designed spaces that feel personal, elevated, and uniquely our clients’ own. We work with clients on a wide range of interior design projects, from individual rooms and decorating projects to larger, more comprehensive transformations.
What sets us apart is the personal relationship we build with each client. We don’t believe in creating spaces that simply look beautiful we want them to reflect the people who live in them and how they actually use their homes. We pay close attention to the details, from furniture and finishes to artwork and accessories, to create spaces that feel cohesive while still having personality.
We’re especially proud of the reputation we’ve built in our community and the relationships we’ve developed with our clients. Being recognized as one of The State’s Best interior design businesses was a huge accomplishment, but what we’re most proud of is seeing clients love their finished spaces and knowing we helped bring their vision to life.
How do you think about happiness?
What makes us happiest is seeing a client’s reaction when they walk into their finished space and realize it feels completely like them. There’s something so rewarding about taking someone’s ideas, personality, and vision and turning them into a space they genuinely love coming home to. It is so fun to watch our clients get so excited about their projects!
