Today we’d like to introduce you to Rony Ramirez.
Hi Rony , thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started my journey in February 2018. I no longer wanted to work an 8-5 job, I wanted the freedom to choose my own path. I wasn’t enjoying my job anymore, and at 40 years old, I didn’t want to look back later in life with regrets for never starting my own business.
I began by taking on small handyman jobs. Along the way, I met people who were willing to take a chance on me and trust me with their projects. That trust helped me grow, gain experience, and build foundation of my business.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It wasn’t a smooth road, but I was willing to accept the challenges to accomplish what I set out to do. I faced obstacles like limited funds for new projects, not always having the right tools, and sometimes not having extra help for the labor. Still, I pushed forward and found ways to get the job done.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialized in remodeling and construction, handling both small repairs and large projects. I’m known for the quality of my work and take real pride in my work ethic. what sets me apart is that I take the time to understand my clients needs and deliver results they can trust.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
Everything in life involves risk, but I see risk as a challenge, not something to fear. Growing my business has required me to take responsibility-driven risks. One of the biggest was accepting a large project with a strict deadline, knowing I could lose profit if I didn’t deliver on time. I met that challenge because I don’t let risk turn into fear—I prepare, I commit, and I execute.
