Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started SBC when my other store front wasn’t preforming well . I didn’t realize we would be getting into basically a catering business by switching over
We do fresh tex mex and catering all over charleston

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
covid was hard, basically doing 8 burritos and the demand for labor going way up

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I was a chef, I have owned my own businesses in charleston for 14 years

What matters most to you? Why?
my daughters, they are everything to me
I work really hard to make sure they have a quality of life
