Conversations with Latavia Williams

Today we’d like to introduce you to Latavia Williams.

Hi Latavia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Hi everyone! This is my third SC Voyager Interview, but like the last, this one will be different because I as a person has shifted and evolved many times. So much has changed in my life and I have been rebuilding my life for the past two years now. I had became misplaced (homeless) back home in Columbia then everyone I knew, turned their backs on me. I left and moved here to Greenville. These past two years have been the best of my 40 years on earth as GOD has proven to me that I was never alone. During my healing I have always intended to be a beacon of light for those who align with my story. I will soon be releasing a collection of guided journals, starting with a purpose discovery workbook. Please visit ExquisiteTastee.Online and subscribe to our website to stay connected.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It absolutely has not been a smooth road. But I wouldn’t trade my journey for another. I learned a long time ago that because of my mission, I will receive opposition, but that no matter what; NEVER GIVE UP! I truly am the most resilient person I know. There is always a solution and I will find it. Even if that means to move on to something else.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I deem myself to be ExquisiteTastee because I am multifaceted and open minded. I am a writer, publisher, spiritual minister and advisor, tarot reader, and content creator. And although I am a retired loctician, I still create hair products especially for locs, but not limited to. I will soon be adding hand-made waist beads to my website. Again, visit ExquisiteTastee.Online. My creations inspire freedom, beauty, and growth. I am not of this world, but I am here to spread spiritual knowledge through love; whether it is soft or tough love.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I have learned is definitely to hold on to my faith. No matter what goes on in life, GOD always proves to be right here with me. I shall not be afraid to keep going no matter how uncertain the unknown is. Change always turns out to be beautiful. As long as you put GOD first, he will catch you when you take a leap. GOD loves when we take aligned risks, that’s living!
