Hi Rupesh, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
When my family immigrated from England to the US looking for better opportunities, I followed them. I found a position in the corporate world, making a six-figure income. The economy changed, that position disappeared, and I was left at rock bottom. It catalyzed me to go full-time in Real Estate and succeed. By my fourth year, I was doing 70+ deals/year, loving the ability to provide for my family, and the variety of each day is so different. I also realized my effort would always be limited. I noticed so many agents needing help to get what they needed to be successful. I began to grow a team, teaching and duplicating what I’d done to create my success.
Alright, let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
Well, I started in a place where I did not know anyone and had to grow my clients, and the market was downmarket, where the price points were lower, and there were a lot of foreclosures. I had challenges not knowing who my clients were and where I could find them, and there needed to be more certainty in the market and the economy.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are a residential real estate team that is a group of specialists. We have agents that work with buyers and specialists that work with sellers. We look to increase the level of service given to your clients by having departments that enhance the consumer experience.
What would you say has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
We are constantly improving, we are human becomings, and as people, as a team, and as a business, we are continually growing.
