Community Highlights: Meet Jordan Brimacomb of Wildflower Girls Boutique

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jordan Brimacomb

Hi Jordan, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
We are two single mothers with a shared background in retail, having worked in various management roles at big-box retailers since our college days. Throughout our careers, we both
dreamed of one day owning our own businesses and bringing our passion to the community. Our paths crossed in 2022 when Jordan began working for Jillian at her children’s boutique, Moonlit
Lullaby. As we spent time together, our ideas began to flow. Over the course of a year, we bonded over our mutual love for product, merchandising, business strategy and a good pair of distressed jeans.

Our friendship deepened when we realized our daughters were only a year apart and were beginning to develop their own fashion identities. As they started to follow trends and express
themselves through fashion, the idea for Wildflower Girls was born.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We have been so blessed to have had this opportunity, but we can’t say that we haven’t encountered struggles. Where most businesses take months or even years to create, we pressed fast forward and went from creation to completion in 7 weeks time. While we all endure
struggles, we truly choose to focus on the positivity around us. We value the relationships created with every single customer and use the personal feedback to help develop us further.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are the newest Tween Boutique in Bluffton, SC – your go-to destination for curated styles made just for you! From trendy looks to unique pieces, we’ve got sizes 6 through 18 to fit every fashion-forward tween! At our boutique, we hold monthly events designed to bring the community together and provide a safe space for girls to express themselves.
We’re most known for the unique experience and welcoming atmosphere we provide in-store. From the moment you walk in, it’s all about feeling comfortable, confident, and inspired while you shop our collection.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
The tween market is ever-changing, and staying ahead of trends can be a challenge. We work hard to anticipate what will be the next big seller by truly engaging with our guests – these girls keep us on our toes! Our goal is to see the tween business make a bigger splash in smaller communities, as it’s an untapped market with so much potential. The need for a space like ours is real, and we’re excited to be leading the way.
