Community Highlights: Meet Jasmin Lynch of Carolina Elite Force

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jasmin Lynch.

Hi Jasmin, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey began at a young age with a deep love for dance, cheer, and working with youth. Growing up in a large, hardworking family, I learned early on the value of perseverance, dedication, and community. I started working at fifteen as a student tutor, where I discovered how much I enjoyed helping children grow — not just academically, but personally. That experience sparked my passion for youth development and inspired me to build something bigger.

Over the years, I dedicated more than 17 years to competitive dance and over a decade to cheerleading, gaining not only technical skill but also leadership experience as a coach. While pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I continued to coach cheer at the local middle school and even launched the first competitive cheer program at Hartsville Middle School. Balancing academics, athletics, and work taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and heart — lessons I carry into everything I do today.

Founding Carolina Elite Force was a natural next step. I wanted to create a program that empowers youth, supports families, and builds more than athletes — a program that builds confidence, character, and community. Today, as Founder and Program Director, as well as an All-Star coach and certified tumbling instructor, I’m proud to lead an organization that gives children a safe, supportive space to grow, dream, and reach their full potential.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road — nothing in life comes easy without hard work, faith, and dedication. There have been challenges, obstacles, self-doubt, and times when people doubted my vision or questioned my purpose. But I’ve learned that when your heart is in the right place and you trust God’s plan, everything begins to fall into place.

My purpose and passion have always been clear when it comes to Carolina Elite Force. I want to inspire children, give them a safe space, and make a lasting difference in their lives. My goal has never been to focus on just one specific area, but to create a variety of programs that allow kids to explore their interests, learn something new, and discover what truly brings them joy.

Opening Carolina Elite Force to the community has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I thank God every day for giving me this opportunity, for guiding my steps, and for allowing me to use my gifts to serve others. Seeing the positive impact we’ve made on the youth and families in our small town is a constant reminder that with faith, perseverance, and purpose, anything is possible.

As you know, we’re big fans of Carolina Elite Force. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Carolina Elite Force is more than just a program — it’s a family and a community built on purpose, passion, and faith. Our mission is to empower youth, support families, and provide a safe, positive space where children can grow both as athletes and as individuals. What truly sets Carolina Elite Force apart is our heart for the community and our commitment to inclusivity. We don’t just focus on one type of athlete — we create opportunities for every child to find their place, develop their talents, and discover something they love. Every class and every event is centered around encouragement, teamwork, and personal growth.

We are proud to be known for creating an uplifting environment where kids feel seen, supported, and inspired. Our brand stands for more than athletics — it stands for character, confidence, and community. Watching our athletes grow in skill, spirit, and self-belief is the most rewarding part of what we do.

I thank God for blessing me with this vision and the opportunity to pour back into our youth. Carolina Elite Force is a reflection of His purpose and the power of community coming together to create something special. We want readers to know that when you walk through our doors, you’re not just joining a program — you’re joining a family that believes in you, pushes you to be your best, and celebrates every success along the way.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
My favorite childhood memory would have to be growing up as a Red Fox. I take so much pride in that part of my life because Hartsville is such a special community. Being a Red Fox gave me the opportunity to be involved in amazing school programs, meet new people, and build lifelong friendships. The coaches, teachers, and mentors I met during that time truly helped shape me into the person I am today, and many of them still support me to this day.

Those years taught me about teamwork, leadership, and community — values that continue to guide me in everything I do. I often think about how different my life might have been without those experiences, and I’m so thankful for the people who poured into me along the way.

Beyond school and sports, I also cherish the time spent with my family — going to church together, laughing, and creating memories that I’ll hold onto forever. Those moments grounded me in faith, family, and community — the same values that inspire me now as a coach, mentor, and leader.
