Hi Gordon, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I came from loving parents and family and friends. In spite of having a good foundation and support of family and friends. I began to hustle and make poor decisions. By God’s and only God’s grace and mercy. I kept receiving chance after chance. So after many failed attempts. I started to make positive strides. Opening 2 Clothing stores of my own. And being successful. During this time a voice spoke to me and said, “you know instead of selling other people’s brands and products, you could be selling your own” . So I told this to my Dad. He replied that whenever you needed a word or couldn’t spell a word. I (My Dad) would put a Dictionary in my hand. My Dad this time instead of telling you to get a dictionary this time. I’m advising you to get your own dictionary this time. And find your name for this great clothing line. I read the dictionary 3 times from front to back. 2 words Stuck out to me. After some deliberation. I decided and went with APHASIA. Because the passion and energy was overwhelming. In the nights to follow. Negativity tried to set in. Because of the meaning and the fact that this actually happens to children and adults around the world. God spoke to me clearly and gave me a acronym. Which is ALL PEOPLE HAVE ABILITY SITTING INSIDE AWAITING. After that a scripture didn’t come to me but a Affirmation. That in so many words says when your goals and ideas become clear everything else will work itself out. So here I AM
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Struggles have been my personal credit, financing becoming and maintaining discipline, and focused

The Fashion Line for Men, Women and Children. Offering Clothes, Shoes and Accessories for all shapes and sizes and ages. What sets us apart is the meaning behind the clothing line A.P.H.A.S.I.A. Da Brand. What I am most proud of is. That from Top to Bottom. From the name to the multiple logos, designs and quality of product and style. Aphasia Da Brand stands alone. This is What we stand on. Which is no matter who you are, where you are, what you come from. You can do and become anyone you want to. Drugs, prison, addiction, crime, gangs you don’t have to choose that. That God put your gift right where you can’t miss it. And it’s not in any of those things I just mentioned. He put it where you can’t miss it. INSIDE OF YOU!!!. A.P.H.A.S.I.A. Da Brand is my gift.
