Hi Dallas, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was a remediation contractor for 20 years. We grew the business with heavy emphasis on commercial work. We worked many of local government, educational and manufacturing facilities. We were performing mold remediation projects at highly technical levels. We were always being testing by other testing companies for verification of success. With the lack of EPA and government regulation in this area the it was always hard to understand what the standard for what was passing and what was failing. we also felt like to goal line was being moved around. So we began studying the testing industry. We found lots of errors and inconsistencies in the manner that we were being held to. So we thru our hat in the testing realm. We found the most recognized standards for testing methods and stand by them and never let them down in any circumstance. We started with my son and myself working in the Upstate. We use honesty and fast response time and open communication to help customers to understand what is the standard and where they fall within them. we have now grown to servicing all across SC, NC & parts of GA. We focus on customer service above and second to honesty and integrity.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Smooth? no way. there can be no success without failure. we take every negative situation we’ve been in and used to spring board into success at the next opportunity. Struggles… always. trying to be competitive in a digital marketing arena can not only be finically hard but mentally as well. Trying to bring our name brand to peoples mind is tuff. We are creating something new. Its challenging but so much fun at the same time.

Please tell us more about your business or organization
We are an Air quality testing company. We provide mold, asbestos and several other types of testing services that people may need in their home or business.
What should we know?
We believe in standards. We don’t try and dwell on possibilities. We use scientific data points to draw true conclusions. we only use facts thru data we record to deliver highly accurate results with honesty. We also use client confidentiality.
What do you do, what do you specialize in / what are you known for? Mold testing and asbestos testing. Big on the mold side. Its a tuff area since there is no EPA standards. Many contractors that view our reports love them since we provide all the data that they need to move forward. We get a lot of positive feedback too on our asbestos reports as they are laid out easy for people to read that are not used seeing these charts on a frequent basis
What sets you apart from others? customer service. we answer the phone. We hear that a lot. people may call other places, but no one answers or they can’t get a straight answer. We try and educate our clients on what the standards are.
What are you most proud brand wise? Reputation
What do you want our readers to know about your brand, offerings, services, etc.? Standards… We will never lower them.
