Hi No Plans , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My wife, Ashley, came up with the idea for us to start a travel content creation company. We both enjoy traveling and have visited numerous countries around the world. We wanted to share our experiences with others and demonstrate that travel can be affordable. Today, our company has progressed further than we expected, and we now have multiple sponsorships and partnerships with major brands from around the globe.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
So far, our experience has been smooth because we are doing what we love, which makes it feel less like work. Although there’s a significant amount of effort put into the logistics of traveling, marketing our company, and editing content for our viewers, we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are Donny and Ashley Buckner, the owners of No Plans Let’s Travel, a travel content creation company. We produce episode-style videos showcasing our travel experiences around the world, aiming to make our viewers feel as if they are right there at the destinations with us. Additionally, we offer travel savings tips to help you get the most value out of your getaway.
In the near future, we will be launching an online boutique for travel accessories. We take pride in simply having started this journey, nurturing our vision, and taking the necessary steps to turn it into reality. What sets us apart is our ability to connect with a diverse audience in a relatable way.
We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
The most important lesson we’ve learned from the Covid-19 crisis is to truly value and cherish the time spent with loved ones. It’s essential to monitor your health, take care of yourself, and enjoy life to the fullest.
