My name is Kevin Jones, owner of Jones Accessories. What started as a small side hustle selling phone accessories has grown into a business built on customer service, affordability, and community support.
I started Jones Accessories with a simple goal: provide quality products and phone repair services at prices people could actually afford. Like many small business owners, I started with limited resources, relying on hard work, word-of-mouth, and building genuine relationships with customers. Every sale, referral, and repeat customer helped the business grow.
Over the years, Jones Accessories has expanded to offer phone accessories, screen protectors, cases, AirPods, electronics, men’s fragrances, device repairs, and more. What separates us from others is our commitment to taking care of people. Today, Jones Accessories continues to serve customers throughout our community while growing our brand and reach. My vision is to keep expanding, creating opportunities, and becoming a trusted name for technology accessories and repair services throughout the region.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like most small businesses, the road hasn’t always been smooth. Starting with limited resources and competing against larger retailers was a major challenge. Building trust in the community also took time.
Balancing the business with my roles as a husband, father, educator, coach, and healthcare professional was another challenge. Managing inventory, marketing, finances, and customer service required constant learning.
The technology industry changes quickly, so staying current and adapting to supply and sales challenges was essential. These experiences taught me resilience and creativity.
Consistency, faith, and a commitment to serving people helped me overcome these struggles. By building relationships and staying true to my motto, “Trust the Process,” every challenge became a lesson that strengthened Jones Accessories.
